Michael Bublé had just walked through the door, thinking it would be an ordinary day — but what awaited him left him speechless. Sitting at the piano was his 9-year-old son, Noah, quietly playing “I’ll Never Not Love You” — a song that holds a deeper meaning for Michael than almost any other. What Bublé didn’t know was that Noah had been secretly practicing for weeks, determined to surprise his dad. As the first notes filled the room, Michael froze — his smile trembling, his eyes welling up with tears. The proud father couldn’t hold back his emotions; he joined his son, his voice breaking as they sang together. Later, laughing through the emotion, Michael said: “There’s more talent in that little boy’s fingers than I’ve got in my whole body.”

Michael Bublé’s Son Noah Melts Hearts by Playing “I’ll Never Not Love You” on Piano — Leaving His Dad in Tears

Michael Bublé was moved to tears after receiving a heartwarming surprise from his oldest son, Noah, who learned to play one of his songs on the piano while his dad was away on tour.

In a touching video shared on Instagram, Noah, 8, sits at the piano performing “I’ll Never Not Love You,” while Bublé joins in, visibly emotional and proud.

“Noah surprised me after I was away on tour,” Bublé wrote in the caption. “He worked so hard to learn this song. So proud of my guy.”

He added lovingly,

“There’s more talent in his little fingers than I have in my whole body!!”

Bublé shares three children with his wife Luisana Lopilato — Noah, 8, Elias, 6, and Vida, 3 — and the couple are expecting their fourth child soon.

Speaking with PEOPLE at the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas earlier this year, the Grammy-winning artist reflected on his growing family:

“It’s already crazy — we’re living in a world of beautiful chaos, and it’s only going to get better. We’re so blessed to have healthy kids and a home full of love.”

He laughed, adding,

“There’s a lot of noise, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re so lucky.”

Bublé and Luisana first shared the news of their upcoming baby in the official music video for “I’ll Never Not Love You.”

In the video, the couple reenacts iconic romantic scenes from beloved films like The Notebook, Love Actually, and Titanic. The emotional clip ends with Bublé returning to reality, greeted by Luisana — proudly showing her baby bump — and their three kids.

Speaking to PEOPLE earlier this year, Bublé described the video as

“a very cool family affair — something we’ll cherish forever
