In a jaw-dropping twist for hip-hop history, rap icons Eminem, 52, and Snoop Dogg, 53, have finally buried a 15-year feud in the most unexpected way possible with a phone call that began in tension, ended in laughter, and sparked a historic reunion for charity.

From Top-10 Snub to “Apology Call”

The rift dates back to 2010, when a miscommunication over a possible collaboration soured relations between the two Dr. Dre protégés. Tensions reignited in 2020 after Snoop left Eminem off his “top 10 rappers” list, saying he could “live without” Slim Shady’s music. Eminem responded with a sharp verse in “Zeus”: “Last thing I need is Snoop doggin’ me.”

The fallout was public but private moments of reflection began after Dr. Dre’s near-fatal brain aneurysm in 2021. Snoop admitted he was “out of pocket” and the two mended fences enough to collaborate on “From the D 2 the LBC” and perform together at the 2022 Super Bowl halftime show.

The Call That Changed Everything

According to Snoop, the recent “15-year apology call” came out of the blue. Eminem reached out directly, ready to end the chapter once and for all.“We laughed about how dumb it all was,” Snoop revealed. “Then we started talking about the old days… and how we could do something good with where we’re at now.” That “something good” became a pact to reunite on stage for a one-night charity concert.

The grassroots group offers free therapy, mentorship, and music workshops to help young people overcome trauma an issue both rappers have spoken about in their music.

Fans were floored. “They could’ve picked any big name cause… but this is real,” one supporter wrote on X. “It’s about giving kids hope before they fall through the cracks.”

The charity concert, rumored to take place in Detroit later this year, is expected to blend West Coast swagger and Detroit grit. Anticipated moments include live performances of “Bitch Please II” and fresh material born from their renewed partnership.
