Speaking on The Dan Patrick Show, Adam Sandler admitted he’d been hesitant to approach Eminem at first. “I love Eminem… but I don’t want to bother the man,” he said. “Everybody kept saying, ‘Man, Eminem would be so funny in this part,’ and I was like, ‘He’s in Detroit making records, living his life – I’m not gonna ruin that.’”
Eventually, Sandler caved: “Let me bug Marshall and give him a call… ‘Dude, I know it’s a pain in the ass, but it’s pretty funny. You mind shooting out to us for a day?’”
To his surprise, Eminem agreed.

Sandler recalled first meeting Eminem in the late ’90s at an SNL afterparty when Em was the musical guest alongside Dr. Dre. “Marshall walked by our table, looked at me and said, ‘Bobby Boucher!’ I thought this kid’s cool. We became friendly after that.”
Meet Donald Jr. – The Trouble-Making Son
In Happy Gilmore 2, Eminem plays Donald Jr., the son of a notorious golf heckler from the first movie. Just like his dad, Donald Jr. goes out of his way to throw Happy off his game, nearly getting into a fistfight.
“I know a lot about fighting,” Em’s character warns. “I’ll bite your leg off.”
His antics end with him tumbling into an alligator-infested lake, a darkly comic exit that fans won’t forget.
