DID RILEY GREEN JUST MAKE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF ‘THE VOICE’ SEASON? FANS IN UPROAR OVER BATTLE OUTCOME

HOLLYWOOD — The Battle Rounds on The Voice are built for heartbreak, but coach Riley Green just ignited a full-blown fan revolt following a fierce showdown between two of his standout team members.

A Maroon 5 Throwback Showdown

Country star Riley Green paired up powerhouse vocalists Brendan Coulter and Keiyana Osmond for a high-octane duet of an early-2000s Maroon 5 classic. The electric arrangement allowed both singers to showcase their vocal range, harmony skills, and undeniable stage presence, earning a standing ovation from fellow coaches and audience members alike.

“It was easily one of the most cohesive and energetic battles we’ve seen all season,” one viewer posted online. “Neither of them missed a single note.”

The Decision That Split the Fanbase

When the final notes faded, the ball was in Green’s court to decide who earned a spot in the Knockout Rounds. After visibly struggling with the choice, Green announced his winner—instantly setting social media ablaze.

Outraged fans quickly swarmed X (formerly Twitter) and Reddit, arguing that the eliminated contestant was robbed of a well-deserved victory.

"Riley picked the WRONG ONE! That vocal run at the end should have sealed the deal!"
