Terrified that an intruder planned to return for sex, he reported it to hotel security and tour staff, snapping photos and demanding a room change.

Three days later, he was abruptly fired, with management claiming they were ‘moving in a different direction’ – but another violinist was quickly hired in his place.

Joseph insists it was retaliation, leaving him with PTSD, lost income, and emotional distress. He’s seeking unspecified personal and financial damages.
