Miranda Lambert’s Husband Brendan McLoughlin Surprises Her With a Heartfelt Birthday Tribute

Miranda Lambert’s husband, Brendan McLoughlin, celebrated her 42nd birthday with a touching message that melted fans’ hearts.

Brendan shared a heartfelt post honoring Miranda’s adventurous spirit and fearless nature, along with a sweet slideshow of their favorite memories together — from horseback riding and golfing to backstage moments and food adventures.

His message read:

He continued,

The couple’s love story began in 2018 when Miranda performed on Good Morning America, where Brendan was working security. They quietly built their relationship and surprised fans in February 2019 by announcing that they had secretly married a few weeks earlier.

Since then, Miranda and Brendan have shared countless adventures — from red carpet appearances to traveling the world together. Brendan has even appeared in several of Miranda’s music videos, including “If I Was a Cowboy,” “Settling Down,” and “Tequila Does (Telemitry Remix).”

Now approaching seven years of marriage, Miranda has shared their secret to keeping the romance alive:

“We kind of live on a date, honestly,” she told E! News. “We’re best friends, and even when there’s time apart, we always find ways to connect — even if it’s just a movie night on the couch.”

Recently, the couple has been enjoying life in Arizona, though they still make time for travel — including last year’s getaway to Italy.

Miranda is also heading into the 2025 CMA Awards with her 18th nomination for Female Vocalist of the Year, tying her with Reba McEntire for the most nominations in the category’s history.
