“Fans were quick to agree…”: Amber Davies shares sweet message to Nikita Kuzmin — prompting an outpouring of identical fan reactions

Amber Davies was quickly flooded with same comments from fans as she sent a message to her former Strictly Come Dancing co-star, Nikita Kuzmin.
Those who followed the hit dance show’s last series will know that the actress and West End star had quite the journey in the competition, having signed up to take part just 24 hours before the first live show of the 2025 series.
Amber, who has appeared in theatre productions including Back to the Future: The Musical and The Great Gatsby, first found fame when she won the ITV2 series Love Island with Kim Cetinay in 2017.
She was drafted in at the eleventh hour to replace an injured Dani Dyer after the fellow former Love Island winner fractured her ankle during training for their first live performance, which came after she made her ballroom debut in the pre-recorded launch show in September.
With her exit confirmed, Amber was brought into partner professional dancer Nikita, and the pair performed just hours later live in front of the nation. The rest, as they say, is history and the pair ended up making the final of Strictly’s 23rd series, which took place on December 20.
They went up against fellow finalists Karen Carney and Carlos Gu, and George Clarke and Alexis Warr for the coveted Glitterball trophy. In the end, it was former Lioness Karen and her professional dance partner Carlos who were seen being crowned champions following the all-important public vote.
While most of the couples went their separate ways after the final, including Amber and Nikita, some have headed out on the Strictly Come Dancing Live tour, with the string of arena shows having kicked off last Friday (January 23) and will head to Manchester’s AO Arena this year.

While Amber wasn’t able to take part due to heading into rehearsals for her next role, playing Elle Woods in Legally Blond: The Musical, Nikita is still touring the country as he is performing with former dance partner, and Amber’s fellow theatre star, Layton Williams.
And it seems Amber is missing being part of the Strictly bubble. Taking to Instagram, she shared a string of photos which were taken during her and Nikita’s appearances on Strictly spin-off show, It Takes Two. Alongside the post, she wrote: “Have a camera load of #ItTakesTwo looks that I need to put to good use.. miss playing dress up with you @nikita__kuzmin.”
And fans quickly rushed to say the same thing. @lucymaygoodwin said: “Miss this gorgeous pairing so much.” @multi.willow commented: “So stunning!! Miss seeing you shine on Strictly.” @lcveforamber wrote: “I miss you both so much.” @hollssx08 replied: “Miss my fav strictly partnership so much.”
